very good effort. i believe there is a collabration of politicians and mnc . it is just like east India company coming back in new avtar where they do not rule physically but rule through proxy of politicians . east India company also used thousands of stooges to rule over india for 150 years.

The history is repeating again.

While I don’t support BT-Brinjal (I am completely against it), I do completely agree with what Varadha Yamunan said on March 28, 2010 at 6:02 pm. Politicians are taking this country down to the road of hell. The politicians do not care about our welfare. Their real oposition is not about BT-Brinjal’s side effects. They are apposing it only because they have not got their share yet. The moment the settlement amount gets in their pockets, this bill will be passed unanimously.

Hi there, BT Bringal is a serious issue and we have no other option but to share our feeling through mails. But how far sharing mails be effective will be an acid test and till the bill is passed lets cross our fingers and wait with pious hope on the largest democratic goverment. Mr Chavan’s GM plan has pretty little to do with science, everything to do with the technology of genetic engineering, IPRs and patents, and therefore the commercial interests of the agri-business corporate seed industry and the GE biotech industry and mortgaging of public health and the environment in those interests. This amounts to rank betrayal. A more serious charge and it isn’t much short of it, would be treason.

He has Sharad Pawars’s (Minister of agriculture) complete support in this. Unless India can deal with this kind of anti-national action & political strong-arming, we will lose our future for all time.
